Canyon Hills Plumbing meet all my expectations & more. Jason is the owner & Manny, Buster & Frankie are the techs. I had an Urgent Issue w/ my septic tank. I had no Idea what I was doing. I called Canyon Hills It was closed so I left a message. Jason called me back the same night. We talked for a while he took the time explaining to help me the process l, helping me understand what to expect & prepare myself for. He was very thorough and clear on all scenarios. I appreciated his compassion, honesty and integrity just the fact that he took the time to call me after he heard my message. It did not matter that he was headed home, done with for the day, off the clock…By him calling says a lot & I really appreciated that. Scheduled in 2 days Manny assets he could not locate the tank. Tells me it will be $250 to use the camera to locate it. I let him I thought locating the tank was part of the free assessment? I asked them to stop. Jason texted me wanting to talk to me so we talked I explained that I assumed the camera included in locate the tank. He listen to me did not disagree or make excuses He told me he would waived the fee of $250. Who does that!!! Well he did!! It Rare today to find any company that puts the customer first. Jason did more than once. The day of Manny was on it he kept me informed communicating w/me. Manny , Buster, Frankie did a fantastic job. Thank you all!!!! So of course there were more problems that needed to be repaired, I knew there would be because of the history and not the tank not being maintained. Manny called me w/ a new amount I let him know I did not have that much. So he called Jason, calls me back said okay , I said okay ?? Manny told me they will take what I can pay!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! I was so excited & thankful. Over 1,000 $$ they took off my bill!!! Canyon Hills Plumbing is a company that cares for their customers 💯 %. My whole experience w/ them was EXCELLENT. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!! Love you Guys!!! ALL GLORY TO GOD THANK YOU JESUS!!

We had a great experience with our most recent service with Canyon Hills Plumbing! They have great communication, with professional and friendly service technicians! We had a small leak from our upstairs tub that was diagnosed and repaired quickly, and they also installed some other bathroom fixtures which look great. We recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing very highly!

Love these guys! Always pleased with Canyon Hills Plumbing as I have used them in the past. When I called Jason, he was able to send Richie within 2 hours on a Saturday, no less. Ritchie Navarro did a great job ~ He was pleasant, friendly, quick and efficient! He made sure I understood the costs, the replacement part being used, and made sure everything was working and tested before he left. He also described the warranty and the information for the garbage disposal he replaced. It was a great experience.

Made an appointment with Canyon Hills plumbing for them to come a few days later to install a new shower arm. Jerry showed up right on time, planned the work needed, and executed the work perfectly. When he was done he cleaned the area and walked me through what was done. Great job and very reasonable pricing! Would definitely use them again.

We had a rocking toilet & needed a plumber to diagnose & correct the problem right away. I was referred to CHP by a friend & they came out the next day! Although I found them a bit pricey, Jerry was great! He was polite & professional & worked hard to address the complications he was faced with….it was a dirty job! Overall, I guess you get what you pay for & I am happy with the final result!

Quick response and work completed as agreed. Both Manny and Frankie were very professional and experienced. They made a horrifying situation more calm, manageable and “almost painless” if the price wasn’t a little high in comparison to other companies I called but were not available for immediate work. I guessed you pay a little more for the quick service. Nevertheless, the work completed was well done and I would recommend the company (especially Manny and Frankie) if you are looking for quick response but okay with paying a little more.

From the first phone call to the company to final completion of the project, Canyon Hills Plumbing was pleasant, efficient and timely. The project was completed on time and for the amount that had been estimated. My service person Jonny B was polite and worked very efficiently, and kept my apprised of the process throughout. When it was finished he reviewed everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the new equipment and had no more questions. I would recommend him anytime.

Jerry was the tech that assisted us. He was professional and informational. He answered all the questions we have and he got the job done, he replaced our water heater within 3 hours. Canyon Hills Plumbing is very quick to respond. The owner answers during non operating hours and ensure we get the answer and help we need. I highly recommend this company with their reliability.
